WHAT IS REGRESSION AND REINCARNATION THERAPY Regression and reincarnation therapy is a type of psychotherapy, in which you go back to unprocessed experiences in the past, which are the core of the problems in your present life. Regression and reincarnation therapy is meant to have you relive those experiences and helps you to process them. The issues you are facing today will be dealt with in your past life and you will yet again be able to enjoy your life. Every human being has a natural desire to mental and physical health, to solidarity and recognition by others. In short: the desire to live a happy and meaningful life. Unprocessed experiences can cause problems which make such a life very hard to realize. Through the reliving of traumatic experiences, a discharge of emotions and physical pains will surface; this usually is a very relieving experience. This relieving effect is boosted when you consciously know that the underlying themes are repeated over and over again. With this knowledge you will be capable to handle the issues in a different way, or throw your life in a completely different direction. To put it in another way: you will be able to transform yourself in a way you want and which suits you. You’ll get back in control of your life, making you able to become the person you are meant to be. Because reincarnation therapy takes place within your subconsious, it makes it a very confronting form of therapy and is highly effective. FOR WHICH TYPES OF PROBLEMS A broad range of issues and complaints can be dealt with, using reincarnation therapy. You can experience problems on an emotional, mental or physical level, perhaps even a combination of those three.
Other issues which may cause you to go into therapy: *) I assume that you are attending regular doctors and using the possibilities of modern medical science for physical diseases or complaints. In my view, regression and reincarnation therapy are an addition to adequate medical science. When you are seeing a doctor, please inform him or her of your decision to go into therapy. HOW DOES IT WORK The first session at a regression and reincarnation therapist involves a thorough intake, in which your issue or complaint is explored. We make a biographical analysis, aimed at making you aware of the underlying theme of your issue. You’ll discover that there is a connection between the events in your life and your issue or complaint. The subconscious theme becomes conscious. We will also find out what you want to accomplish with the therapy and translate this to a concrete goal. This intake also gives you the opportunity to get to know the therapist, it is important that you feel safe and trust the one treating you. It is the opportune moment to ask questions as well. In case you decide to go on with the therapy after the intake session, an appointment will be made. Each next session consists of a short conversation beforehand, regression session and closure. A session usually takes one and a half to two hours. You will probably feel the impact of a session straight away, and after a few sessions you’ll start to notice considerable changes. An evaluation of your progress is made together with your therapist. You will be carefully guided in the regression of the original experiences. It is possible that you end up in your youth, but it is possible you end up further back into the past as well. For example your conception, pregnancy or birth, maybe even a past life or a state between two lives. This all happens during a light trance, it feels like watching a movie, you still know you are on the sofa. You are always in control of the situation, you will not be hypnotized. A regression and reincarnation therapist works with the so-called elliptic consciousness, in which the client is in a deep state of concentration, but is conscious enough to talk and think about the experiences during the regression. That what preciously was unprocessed, will be processed eventually. You will also be granted an insight in the relation between unprocessed, unconscious experiences and the issues in the present. DURATION OF THE THERAPY The duration of the therapy depends on the nature of the issue. In general I could say that the therapy is aimed at quick results. Usually five to eight session should be sufficient. Complex issues might need more time. Sessions need some time to be processed. That’s why I usually won’t do more than one or two sessions a month. A session usually takes two hours. |
